Zohre Ahmadabadi

 Zohre is a senior researcher and leads ProYouth Inc. She holds a PhD in Public Health from the University of Queensland and has a strong publication record in intimate partner violence and risk behaviour. Through ProYouth, she translates research into practical resources that help teenagers make thoughtful decisions in everyday situation

 Zohre is a senior researcher and leads ProYouth Inc. She holds a PhD in Public Health from the University of Queensland and has a strong publication record in intimate partner violence and risk behaviour. Through ProYouth, she translates research into practical resources that help teenagers make thoughtful decisions in everyday situations. As a mother of two daughters, including a teenager, she brings firsthand experience of supporting a young person to build confidence, independence and the capability to recognise and manage risk.

Mostafa is a senior researcher with a PhD in Social Work. He has expertise in addiction, harm reduction, homelessness and the effects of substance use on families. Mostafa has published peer-reviewed research on substance use, family experiences and public health. His work combines qualitative and quantitative research with community engagement, drawing on extensive experience with vulnerable populations to inform prevention, policy and practice.  Mostafa also serves as Secretary of ProYouth Inc.

He has an extensive research and publication record in alcohol and other drug policy, harm reduction and program evaluation. His work includes evaluating community

He has an extensive research and publication record in alcohol and other drug policy, harm reduction and program evaluation. His work includes evaluating community initiatives to reduce alcohol-related harm and petrol sniffing, particularly in regional and remote Australia.

 Glenn holds a Master of Arts in Applied Linguistics from the University of Queensland and is a retired English language teacher with international teaching experience. He remains an active community member, helping migrants develop their English language skills and confidence in everyday communication.
